To request any of the permits below, please contact your MHA registrar to apply for a sanction through the Centre Ice Portal.
Exhibition Games
All U11 AA Teams will continue using the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal to obtain Exhibition Game Sanctions that they are hosting. Game sheets must be submitted to your Regional Minor Discipline Coordinator immediately following the game.
Tournaments
All teams will continue to submit Tournament Sanction Requests through the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal.
All tournament hosts must complete a Tournament Discipline Report, and submit it, along with relevant game sheets (any game(s) that an incident occurred) and incident reports, via email to their Regional Minor Discipline Coordinator.
Travel Permits
Teams will obtain their travel permits for any tournaments or out-of-province exhibition games through the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal.
Reminder: Travel Permits are not required for exhibition games taking place in Alberta that already have an exhibition game sanction.
