Exhibition Games
All U11 AA Teams will continue using the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal to obtain Exhibition Game Sanctions that they are hosting. Game sheets must be submitted via the Centre Ice Portal, immediately following the game.
Tournaments
All teams will continue to submit Tournament Sanction Requests through the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal.
All tournament hosts are to complete a Tournament Discipline Report, which will be submitted via email along with all Game Sheets and Game Incident Reports from the tournament. This will replace the process of submitting tournament game sheets and incidents reports via the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal.

Travel Permits
Teams will obtain their travel permits for any tournaments or out-of-province exhibition games through the Hockey Alberta Centre Ice Portal.
Reminder: Travel Permits are not required for exhibition games taking place in Alberta that already have an exhibition game sanction.
